Your monthly assessment covers the cost of all snow removal in the winter and the maintenance of all common areas on the exterior of your home, with the exception of those limited common areas as specified by the Association.  Weekly mowing of the lawn, pruning of all landscape, removal of dead trees (except parkway trees), lawn sprinkling, all other water usage, exterior painting, exterior caulking, gutters and downspouts, and roof replacement are examples of items covered by your monthly assessment.
 

There is no age restriction in the Villas of Maple Woods.  Currently, there are residents of varying ages. 
 
 

Yes.  There is nothing in the Declarations or By-Laws that prohibits children from living in the Villas of Maple Woods.
 

Children who live in the Villas of Maple Woods would attend:  Henry Puffer Elementary,  Herrick Middle, and Downers Grove North High schools.
 

Pets are welcome in The Villasof Maple Woods.  Many of our residents currently own dogs and cats.  Our Declaration and By-Laws provide for pet expectations and behaviors.
