Your monthly assessment covers the cost of all snow removal in the winter and the maintenance of all common areas on the exterior of your home, with the exception of those limited common areas as specified by the Association. Weekly mowing of the lawn, pruning of all landscape, removal of dead trees (except parkway trees), lawn sprinkling, all other water usage, exterior painting, exterior caulking, gutters and downspouts, and roof replacement are examples of items covered by your monthly assessment.
